Health issues including obesity, aging, and diabetes are front and center for Latinos in North San Luis Obispo County. The lack of translated information, educational events, and community can make it difficult to get resources or help. Mujeres de Acción helps close the gap by engaging with local organizations and share information.

Our primary charter which started Mujeres de Acción over a decade ago is breast cancer, which affects thousands of Americans annually.
